Unique Student Identifier (USI): As required by Commonwealth legislation.
Identification Documents: Copies of drivers' licenses or other "100 points" of ID for high-risk work license applications.
Employer Details: For corporate and on-site group bookings.
Payment Information: For the processing of course fees.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected for the following purposes:
Training & Assessment: To enroll you in courses and verify your competency.
Licensing & Regulation: To submit necessary data to Workplace Health and Safety Queensland (WHSQ) and other regulatory bodies.
National VET Provider Collection: Reporting to NCVER as required by the National VET Data Policy.
Communication: To provide course updates, certification results, and renewal reminders.
4. Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information. However, we are legally required to disclose certain data to third parties, including:
Government Agencies: Such as the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training (DESBT) and WHSQ.
The USI Registrar: For the verification of your Unique Student Identifier.
Your Employer: Only in the case of corporate-sponsored group bookings or on-site training.

We take significant steps to ensure your data is secure. This includes secure electronic storage, encrypted payment processing, and restricted access to physical records. We retain your records only for as long as required by the National VET Regulator (ASQA) and relevant taxation laws.
