You'll need to provide 100 points of identification (e.g. a valid Passport, Driver's Licence, or Medicare Card) and your Unique Student Identifier (USI). If you don't have a USI, you can create one for free at usi.gov.au before your course date. You must also wear closed-in shoes — steel cap boots are recommended but not mandatory. We'll take care of the rest.

Upon successful completion, you'll receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment issued under the Australian Qualifications Framework. This entitles you to apply for your High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) through WorkSafe QLD. Your Statement of Attainment is recognised across all Australian states and territories.

Most of our popular courses — including Forklift and EWP — run over 2 days. Reach Stacker is 3–4 days, Dogging is 5 days, and Crane courses range from 2–5 days depending on the class. Once you've successfully completed your assessment, we process your paperwork and you can apply for your High Risk Work Licence straight away.

No prior experience is required for our Forklift, EWP, Reach Stacker, or Dogging courses. You just need to be at least 18 years old with a basic level of English literacy and numeracy. Some courses do have prerequisites — for example, Rigging requires a current Dogging licence, and most Slewing Mobile Crane courses require a Dogging licence. We'll confirm the requirements when you enquire or book.
